* Audit token manager and governance smart contracts ✅
* Deploy dApp on Base network ✅
* Open research funding proposals ✅
* Fund initial cohort of research projects ✅
* Finalize conceptualization of weCURA and publish whitepaper ✅

**Q2 2025**

* Development of weCURA:
  * Initiate data collection ✅
* Implement off-chain proposals in dApp ✅
* Initial results of funded research (Rare Compute) ✅

* Development of weCURA:
  * Processing of & normalizing collected data
  * Initial model training
* Development of AI agent for weCURA
