Voting Rights: Anyone can lock SCI tokens through the PoSciDonDAO Protocol, a decentralized application (dApp) with multiple features, including the DAO's on-chain governance systems. By locking SCI tokens, members can participate in the decision-making process for the DAO's operations. DAO operations-related proposals can address various aspects such as marketing, token economics, governance processes, treasury management, token minting, and the election or impeachment of scientific experts. Governance of the research funding process is exclusively managed by elected scientific experts.
Exclusive Access for Token Holders: SCI token holders will have exclusive membership areas in the PoSciDonDAO Discord. These areas will give you early access to information, direct communication with the team, networking opportunities, exclusive events, priority support, and other special rewards.
Direct Contribution to DAO treasury and research fund: As a SCI token holder, you directly contribute to scientific research. Each SCI transaction - whether buying or selling - helps finance future projects endorsed by the PoSciDonDAO community. A portion of the 1% transaction buy and sell fee on Uniswap V3 is channeled straight into our research fund, eliminating intermediaries and traditional financial institutions. This process ensures seamless and timely funding for researchers. Using this structure, we can create a self-sustaining research fund, enabling continuous scientific advancement through PoSciDonDAO and its community.
